And…have you got an idea of how great is Freddie’s voice?? Freddie’s voice is the best voice ever!!!!
2. In the live Aid Queen made a wonderful performance, like everytime. And they made this magic in only 20 minutes! They’re so great that they can do it!

1 Queen never made a Great album
Queen were a singles band, like Brother Beyond or any current X-Factor wannabe. In fact, they probably would have been on the X-Factor if they were around now. Singles and videos they had plenty of – but how many times do you see a Queen album in a top 100 albums list? Night at the Opera, oh give me a break. Ask anyone what their favourite Queen album is and nine out of ten times they will say Greatest Hits. [b]- COMMENTS: Pfffft, what do you know?
Have you ever gone to Argentina? Anywhere in South America?
Do you even exist in this world?
COS IT DOESN’T SEEM LIKE IT, AS YOU’RE RANTING SHIT ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE INCORRECT.
I can’t even choose a favourite album without freaking out, but I wouldn’t say Greatest hits, lol. I’ve listened to Queen since I was five and you are apparently not an experienced person within Queen’s music.

2 That Live Aid Performance
I can almost feel the stones being readied, but c’mon, a bit of over-the-top, vaguely fascistic grandstanding and we all have to hail it as the greatest concert performance ever. Nonsense! For starters it was only 20 minutes long! No, I say no! It was just a bit less rubbish than most of the other stuff on there – and nowhere near as good as U2’s rudely truncated stint earlier in the day. Here’s a reminder. -link- [b]- COMMENTS: Excuse me? They practised for a whole week before the performance and everyone who were sane at that time thought Queen made the most outrageous performance that night. Freddie’s voice was in great shape and I still can’t forget that version of ‘Hammer to Fall’. Get a life.

7. That poster that came with Jazz
Okay, I must admit that at first my parent’s copy of Jazz on vinyl was intriguing, especially with that fold-out poster of lots of ladies on bicycles… naked ladies on bicycles. But to a sensitive pre-teen boy it was downright confusing. I liked what I saw, but didn’t really understand it. Was this image taken from Grandstand? Was this a proper sport? Surely that’s unhygienic? Why would they confuse a boy like that![b]- COMMENTS: THEY WERE DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A FUN IDEA FOR THE MUSIC-VIDEO. And it fit the theme of the Album.

And, to make it even worse, it’s written by bloody Ben Elton. If you really think Queen never mad a decent album then clearly you are clearly judging them solely on the greatest hits compilations. A Kind of Magic, Innuendo and ESPECIALLY Night at the Opera were all brilliant albums even distanced from their singles tracks. Take out Bohemian Rhapsody and Night at the Opera is still one of the best albums ever recorded imo.

As for reforming without Freddie, people need to see that for what it is. It’s three friends (plus backers) reuniting as a tribute to all their old bands.

It’s easy to pick faults. However, if I was going to list 10 of them, they would be far different from yours sir. You have not put a lot of thought in have you…

A singles band? Well it’s obvious to me that YOU are the one judging Queen by Greatest Hits. If that’s all you’d heard, then I wouldn’t blame you.

Most genuine Queen fans will tell you that many of their favorite songs are hidden within great Queen albums. Even Queen themselves spoke about the Album as a whole being the creation they wanted people to take in.

By the way, have you actually seen We Will Rock You? What a brilliant rock show. Don’t take my word for it though. Ask the 100’s of thousands who have seen it in many different languages around the world.

Queen were never popular with the press and with the so called Music gurus. They knew that and guess what. They didn’t care because they were popular with the PUBLIC!! That sort of counts…

So anyway, rant over, i’m going back now to listen to a couple of Queen tracks I love:

Let me see, Nevermore, Spread Your Wings, The Millionaire Waltz, Dreamers Ball, Great King Rat, Was It All Worth It… To name a few…

I guess you wouldn’t know those songs huh… They’re not on Greatest Hits!!

Flash is my favourite album any day.
I love Day at the Races, Night at the Opera, Jazz, The Game.
I will listen to these above Greatest Hits.
Yes I like Greatest hits, but listening to the whole album of the other albums give you a feel for thier music so much better…

And In anycase, if you can publish your views on something lots of people love (Queen) then that means Freddie is entitled to say he doesn’t like Jaws or Star Wars… heaven forbid he might have liked them… but they rhymed… It still makes you a hypocrite.

And the material that Queen + Paul Rodgers have put together is actually excellent… they can keep those albums coming… they put on a damn good live show too. I am too young to have been able to see Freddie… but, Paul knows what he’s doing, he’s not a replacement, and it make sense as he seems to have been a long standing friend of Brian’s.

Here is a simple solution. Come clean on all the multi posting and you may win back your once, advertising revenue winning posters.
