few steps should be taken:
1. put some GPS chip inside his body, through some operation (w/out knowing him).
2. hand him over to pakistan govt.
3. track the return path by GPS system.
4. Capture all the data and show the whole world.
5. Final Air Strike on the tracked point of their hide out!
