Upsy Daisy: BBC Apologises For Too White Obama Doll
THE BBC has responded to complaints that the Upsy Daisy character from CBeebies TV show In the Night Garden with Barack Obama is not black enough.
A BBC Worldwide spokesman said the corporation would now bring out a version with “a darker skin tone”.
He advised people who have been offended - Black Panthers, Robert Mugabe and Jeremiah Wright - to turn the “contrast” down whenever Obama appears.
Aryans and other white supremicists are advised to turn the “brightness” up…
