LibDEms Call For Urgent Heated Debate Of Gaza, Next Week

DAVID Heath MP has seen the TV pictures from Israel and Gaza and wants it known that he knows something is happening there. From his position on a sofa overlooking the TV, he says:

Can I urge upon you the need for an urgent debate next week on the situation in Gaza. I am assuming a statement will be made, but given the short time between the restart and the point at which a decision needs to be taken on a topical debate for Thursday, it seems obvious that the house would welcome an opportunity to discuss events there in more detail, given the increasing alarm and despair which many must feel in watching matters unfold.

Would you please give this your urgent attention?
