An expert writes:
After the 19th, the money currently in your accounts will belong to the government. Your salary will be paid into your account as usual and become the property of the government. You will be poor and destitute. You must write the word destitute on a piece of paper and take it down the ’sosh’. They will see the word and it will trigger a response. They will ask you to fill in many forms and then you will be offered a weekly sum to live on. This will be paid into your bank account and become the property of the government.
