Geri Halliwell Confirms Herself

GERI Halliwell is head over keels (geddit?) in love with Italian yacht-builder Fabrizio Politi.

And the pair are to be married – to each other!

The Mirror says that Geri and Fab have been dating for two whole months and in that time the pair has spent time in the Maldives, Florence, Paris and London.

And we know this because Geri’s management has told us in a humourless announcement:

“We are delighted to announce the engagement of Geri Halliwell and Fabrizio Politi. As a token of their commitment to each other Fabrizio presented Geri with an engagement ring over the festive season. There are no immediate plans for marriage as the couple are enjoying their engagement.”

For someone in the entertianment industry, Halliwell is so utterly un entertaining. Perhaps her job is not to entertain but just to do things that enable us to be entertained at her expense. As the Mail says:

The star is only a star if they are being written about. If a star falls in love and doesn’t tell the press, is she relly in love..?
