Well, all things are possible June, but it doesn’t come over that way.

I may be biased; the Jesuits claimed that if they had a boy for seven years they had him for life. I, of couse, went to a GPDST school where 7 years was regarded as another example of male inefficienvy; those whom Miss Buss and Miss Beale inspired bear an ineradicable mind set which stays with us always…
Though at least Norwich High never succumbed to the sunbathing which made the Notre Dame something of a magnet…

But I don’t think illness or good health is a reward or punishment, but lack of goodwill from people may well be a just dessert.

Actually, most of the time you don’t reap what you sow; some other bugger nips in and grabs it while you’re recovering from all the effort.

On the other hand, if katey is right in believing that terminal cancer is in some way deserved then I’m baffled as to why any number of really unpleasant people live to a ripe old age without a day’s illness in their lives…

I enjoy the articles on this site but am disgusted by the pompous heartless comments from some here. Making yourself feel superior to a frightened, dying young girl is utterly unneccessary and reveals and awful lot about you. Whatever Jade Goody is she is also human and is also just 27 years old. Shame on you.

Jade Goody’s father complained she was the victim of racism when she first appeared on Big Brother.
Andrew Goody claimed other housemates cruelly said the former dental nurse resembled Miss Piggy - a character from the TV show The Muppets.
This, he said, amounted to a racial slur because her facial features are the result of her West Indian roots.
Mr Goody, who had a black father and a white English mother, said at the time: “She’s got a wide nose and large lips, like West Indians have, and to call her a pig is racist.”
Andrew Goody was black just like O’Bama and O’Bama’s kids or am I wrong. Is O’Bama white coz of his white mum?
