It is time to raise to the occassion and cleanse society of these leaches. The rule of law is only there to protect people like him, whilst the rest of us who do not circulate in such rarefied circles have to endure the eonomic loss that they have created. These people have manipulated the law and prostituted the police force only to serve their own slef interest. The police is nothing more than a stooge of people like this. So as the man on the street, we have two choices. First, take people like him in courts and risk further losses, or second, change the game. Raise anarchy and get rid of people like Sir Fred. Strip them of their wealth, hound them to their graves. Or my preference, lynch these bastards!

Going even further, will the Right Honorable Gordon Brown, who has in fact been overseeing all of this nations financial workings for some 12 years now, forgo his handsome pension of £123,000 a year when he loses his job, sometime next year?

Well, what about we gather funds for a private contract on his head? How long are we going to tolerate impunity of politicians and big bosses to steal from the people? There are people who work hard to save their businesses, their lives, their families and yet we should accept that? We're always aked to give more money to charities, the governement tells us about saving, making sacrifices (for our good country!)... It disgusts me to see so much greed and carelessness.

I am interested to know if taxpayers have any recourse in Civil Law to pursue compensation from Sir Fred Goodwin as the taxpayers will be left to foot the bill for his failings at the helm of RBS?
It appears he will escape punishment under Criminal Law - probably because he wasn't wearing a stocking over his head was he left the bank with £16m in his holdall.
Contrast the plight of many thousands of ex-RBS employees with the obscene pension package of the ex CEO.
