Militant Joggers Implicated In Tijuana Triple Murder
AND the Anorak Great Media (AGM) award for the Most Bizarre Story Of The Year goes to… the Associated Press for spotting the oddity of Joggers in Tijuana:
Joggers found the decapitated bodies of three men Tuesday near a bullfighting ring in this northern border city, an official said.

The three bodies also were missing their hands and one its feet, said deputy state Attorney General Salvador Ortiz.
No hands and feet? A dastardly plot to see off rival joggers, and to keep joggers away ftom teh perfect pavement of Tijuana?
He said the heads were found nearby with a message calling the men “snitches.”
Stitches, surely…
