		<description>There is a problem in the UK with dispensing with toilet paper. British toilets are designed to work with it to provide the 'wadding' required to provide localised pressure points to pass reluctant otters down the piping. Without this wadding, the pipes of our toilets, particularly those of vegetarians and vegans would quickly become blocked as human faeces, chock full of healthy fibre, refused to leave home and lay around causing a stinking health hazard
