Prince Charles Esquire: Beats Off Barack Obama
PRINCE Charles is dressed in a double-breasted suit with a silk tie and handkerchief. Or a kilt. Or as a huge tampon. He has made each look his own.
Now Prince Charles’s dedication to formal wear sees him crowned today as the world’s best-dressed man by Esquire magazine.
Charles, 60, beat Barack Obama, 47, 33-year-old rapper Andre 3000 and the youngest man in the top 10 - 27-year-old tennis champion Roger Federer - to claim the title.
Judges recognised that the prince was always smart and well-dressed.
Esquire described him as “perfectly turned out”, adding that “admirably, the prince keeps his wardrobe in appropriate style; we’re told he has a room laid out like a tailor’s shop”.
With things all leaning a little to the left…

I do have to admit I always thought Prince Charles was the most well-dressed man I ever set eyes on.
