
Barrister Charges For Anal Client Sex, Allegedly

“Top barrister charged me £250 an hour… even while we had sex”
Allegedly, surely?
A MARRIED barrister who had an affair with a client charged her £250 an hour for the time he spent having sex with her, it was claimed yesterday…
In a High Court writ, she alleged he charged her [Anal Sheikh] £250 an hour while helping her to prepare a defence in a disciplinary case brought against her by the Law Society.
Ms Anal Sheikh. We should not comment on the nature of this matter, and neither should you. Titter if you must.
But she claimed the dad of three billed her at the same rate for an encounter when they “shared a bottle of wine before sex”. And he charged her for his time when they were “making love or enjoying each other’s company”.
She wants:
Single Ms Sheikh is suing him for just under £800,000 in compensation, special damages and interest…
Her action allegedly describes how romance blossomed after they started to enjoy drinks together — one at the posh Grimsdyke Hotel in Harrow Weald, North West London.

But a lawyer acting for him said a counter-action will be lodged next week — “to strike out Ms Sheikh’s claim on the ground it discloses no reasonable cause of action and/or has no reasonable prospect of success”.

The claim made by Miss Anal Sheikh against Mr Marc Beaumont has now been determined by Mr Justice Simon in the High Court. In all, it contained some 19 allegations. On 25th June 2009, all claims against Mr Beaumont were either struck out or he was awarded summary judgment. He was awarded the costs of the action, including a payment on account of £ 50,000, payable within 14 days. Several applications made by Miss Anal Sheikh were deemed by the Judge to have been “totally without merit.”
On 5th May 2009, Miss Anal Sheikh was struck off the roll of solicitors by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, having been found to have acted dishonestly in the conduct of her practice.
