IN Pennsylvania a villain has tried to rob a narcotic police convention of 300 officers.
Retired police chief John Comparetto alleges that he was held up at gun point in the convention’s toilets.
He handed over his money and a phone. The villain ran. Police gave chase. The villain tried to hail a taxi.
A 19-year-old man was arrested Harrisburg.
Mr Comparetto calls the man “probably the dumbest criminal in Pennsylvania”.
Said the suspect as she taken from court:
“I’m smooth.”
