Associated Press Threatens To Sue Associated Press
HOW the media works: No.3241b. In the US, the Associated Press has called in the lawyers on a country radio station in Tennessee, WTNQ-FM. an, er, affiliate of AP.
It must stop posting videos from the AP’s Youtube channel on its website.
Spreading AP content is bad. Getting people to look at AP content - and those lucrative ads - is bad. Stop embedding videos. Stop making money.
Oh, and everyone else using the AP embed video player on their blogs, stop it now!
