Jade Goody’s Jack Tweed Plays A Round

JADE Goody: Anorak’s at-a-glance look at Jade Goody’s post-reality career, as Jack Tweed plays golf…

Jack Tweed is “greiving Jack” in the tabloids. Death is tabloid entertainment, and readers are invited to wallow in Jack’s grief.

To date we have seen GJ at the fairground, in a pub, kicking a football and now playing a game of golf.

In “Jack gets his life back on course“, the Sun shows Jack holding a club and addressing a youth’s head but but a pimply white ball (although the two may be easily confused).

GRIEVING Jack Tweed tries to relax with a round of golf yesterday after visiting wife Jade’s grave. He laid red roses at the cemetery before going to a course with pals.

The tabloids’ man at the grave seems to be there all the time, looking on and Jade’s mum Jackiey reads aloud, and now spotting Jack. Is this lone vigil an act of security, his looking for the killer to return, an act of love, or is the man bereft, unsure what to do now Jade has passed over, a victim of what editors are already called the Jade Crunch?

From the grave, Jack journeys to the course:

Jack, 21, started upbeat — but showed he has the weight of the world on his shoulders when he missed easy shots and then snapped.

Taxi!

He refused to play at one stage on the nine-hole course in Epping, Essex, and sat watching.

We are watching Jack watching golf.

Jack faces a return to prison on Thursday when he will be sentenced for assaulting cabbie Stephen Wilkins last May.

Mark his card.
