Jade Goody To Open Restaurant

by | 10th, April 2009

WHAT will Jack Tweed do now Jade Goody has gone? There’s the golf. The football. The fairground – can you become a professional fairground rider? And there’s prison.

But the Daily Mirror has another idea:

“Jack Tweed wants to open a restaurant in honour of Jade Goody.”

Grieving Jack Tweed wants to open a high-class restaurant and name it in Jade Goody’s honour.

The Fat Pig will serve “international cuisine” and the menu will “reflect Jade’s taste in food”.
It might also be the perfect venue to showcase Jade’s range of curry sauces and chutneys – Goody Gracious Me.

But what role for Jack?

Widower Jack, 21, and best pal Mark Wright want the restaurant to be in Essex and are in talks with various TV channels to film their progress.

Jack is right now on a 7pm-7am curfew. Early enough for the breakfast crowd, and, elevenses, lunch and tea are fine, but the evening service will need to take place in Jack’s mum’s house. Cosy, indeed, but high class?

Best, perhaps, if the eatery is in mobile form to keep everyone happy, say in a van selling kebabs and other exotic delicacies.

So this is it – Jack will keep Jade’s memory alive by opening a reality TV show. It’s what she would have wanted.

A close friend of Jack’s said yesterday: “Jack has got a great entrepreneurial spirit. They have ruled out London.

Yeah, no money to be made there.

They want a high-class, trendy place in Essex. They haven’t decided on the name but Jack wants it to be something to do with Jade.”

Pass the picnic table…
