Naked Woman Caught On Google Street View
THE Naked woman on Google Street View…
Not yet. Google’s drones are still looking.
Meanwhile, the Information Commissioner says Google Street View (smile, you’re on) is not an attack on our freedoms and shutting it down would be “disproportionate to the relatively small risk of privacy detriment”.
Hard to argue with that. Google is but one camera in a black van. The Government has loadss cameras on lamp posts and in the sky.
David Evans, Senior Data Protection Practice Manager says:
“There is no law against anyone taking pictures of people in the street as long as the person using the camera is not harassing people.”
Do you feel harrassed as a black van films you?
And what of those freedoms to take pictures?
* Police delete London tourists’ photos ‘to prevent terrorism’. And enjoy these other expressions of freedom as police take your camera:
This. This. This. This. This. This. This. And above all this:
Street Photography Is Illegal In Middlesbrough
The man in the, er, know says it is not in the public interest “to turn the digital clock back.”
Nor is it in the Government’s interest to look like hypocrites and in favour of using Google to spy on us…
