
Hayden Panettiere Presents The World’s Best Misspelled Tattoos
HOLLYWOOD starlet Hayden Panettiere has the ubquitous tattoo that makes her not only great to watch but an interesting read. Says Panettiere’s skin:
“Vivere senza rimipianti,”
That means - irony of ironies - “to live without regrets” in Italian. Or it would do had she not inserted an extra “i” to make “rimipianti” instead of “rimpianti”.

There’s no end to this kind of barmy mistake, which you would have thought might be limited to prison tattoos or those done at sailors’ tattooists in foreign ports. Google ‘misspelt tattoos’ and you’ll find lots more. One of the stupidest is here:

What about the “Kelly Homes” tattoo from a few years ago? That was fab, a picture of Ms Holmes on soneone’s back (and, let’s be honest, that wasn’t brilliant anyway), with “KELLY HOMES” written over the top.
