Russian-language Web sites have declared this to be a fake, not least because the blue banner at the beginning has stupid grammar mistakes that even a child wouldn’t make, let alone a TV production company. See http://topnews.ru/video_id_5237.html
(The spelling mistake is in the title in the corner of the original video, the correct writing would be: “Удивительные братья из Киева”, “amazing brothers from Kiev”. That said, the video has gone viral on YouTube.
