Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Flees Iran As Eight Lay Dead
In Wonderland, Alice played croquet with hedgehogs and flamingos. In the Middle East, United States President Barack Obama is attempting the same thing, but with rats and cobras. Not only do they move at inconvenient times, but they bite the players. Iran’s presidential election on Friday underscores the Wonderland character of American policy in the region.
America’s proposed engagement of Iran has run up against the reality of the region, namely that Iran cannot “moderate” its support for its fractious Shi’ite allies from Beirut to Pakistan’s northwest frontier. It also shows how misguided Obama was to assume that progress on the Palestinian issue would help America solve more urgent strategic problems, such as Iran’s potential acquisition of nuclear weapons.

Yesterday’s death toll is eight, killed by pro-regime militia; more protests expected today.
MAHMOUD Admadinejad has left Iran.
Says Iran’s State-run Radio Payam:
“Several thugs wanted to attack a military post and vandalise public property in the vicinity of Azadi Square.
“Unfortunately seven people were killed and several others wounded in the incident.”
However, a source told AFP that the emergency services department had information that eight people were killed and several wounded in the incident.
Where’s the leader to calm the people?
AFP reports:
YEKATERINBURG (Russia) - IRAN’S President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in Russia on Tuesday to attend a regional security summit, in his first foreign trip following his disputed re-election, an official in the Iranian delegation told AFP.‘Yes, yes, yes, his plane is now sitting’ at the airport in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg in the Urals Mountains, the Iranian official said on condition of anonymity.
And on it goes…

Well how long will it take up the ante from 98% to 100%? they could do it on their fingers and toes.
Sadly, the total of those lying dead will probably be more

Announced earlier only a partial recount will now be done! Of course, only the rabid dog’s votes will be counted. Thoughts given on the news re recount is they are buying time to try to get the protesters under control.
When greeted and glad handing over in Russia, rabid dog said no problems in Iran, it is the United States which is having problems right now with the economy, etc.!
