Peta Founder Ingrid Newkirk Loved Her Fur Coats

WHEN PETA founder Ingrid Newkirk dies she will be covered in aspic, tied to a small train-like contraption and sent around the now, sadly, emptied Walthamstow greyhound track forever, or until Michael Schumacher catches her.

Now, Ingrid Newkirk has writen a book - I Am Animal:

A candid and introspective look at the extreme beliefs and motives of Ingrid Newkirk, the British-born co-founder and driving force behind People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the world’s largest animal-rights organization.

In the US, somone at Page Six has read it, or at last they chewed over the juiciest cuts.

Says Ingrid Newkirk:

There was nothing I loved more than my fur jacket. In my 20s, I was eating my way through the animal kingdom, and what I didn’t eat I wore.

That’s right, Ingrid Newkirk wore her left overs… No, you fool. Ingrid Newkirk is born again animal lover, a convert. And converts are always the most vociferous.
