Michael Jackson Has Heart Attack

Pop star Michael Jackson was rushed to a hospital this afternoon by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.
Capt. Steve Ruda said paramedics responded to a call at Jackson’s home around 12:26 p.m. He was not breathing when they arrived. The parademics performed CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda told The Times.

I’ve just heard the rather pretentious statement by Michael Jackson’s brother announcing his death. It went something like: “My brother, the legendary King of Pop, passed away…….”
If, god forbid, my brother goes before me, I’m thinking of breaking the news by announcing, “My brother, the best warehouseman in the Kingston upon Thames PC World depot, passed away…..”
Anyway, for me the King of Pop will always be the orange bloke from the Tango advertisements.

yes, every major news station is announcing he is dead and no doubt he is. But no actual official announcement has been made as of yet by a spokesman for the family or by the hospital.
This is truly sad. However, I can’t help but wonder what will happen to his three children. Two were by the same mother and the third by one never named. I hope they don’t split them up. .

It was clarified he did not have a heart attack - he went into cardiac arrest, that means the heart had actually stopped! Been on live TV over here since rushed to hospital - no comment from hospital, they can’t comment on his condition under law. Paramedics did have to work on him all the way to the hospital to try to start his heart again. No comment on success or failure of their attempts prior to arriving at hospital.
As you may know minutes are crucial in starting back up a heart and longer taken more serious the consequences without oxygen getting to brain.
