What case is there for the Portugese authorities to reopen? Logically, when one thinks about it, since amoral himself announced to the newspapers there were no procedures for investigating a missing child then how could the Portugese Police have been conducting a proper official investigation re a missing child? They already look like the fool in many ways, no doubt they don’t want the case re-opened.
