Italian Bride’s Tossed Bouquet Takes Out Airplane
TO Montioni park, Suvereto, near Livorno, where a wedding reception is being held, writes Corriere della Sera.
Isidoro Pensieri, 44, is to toss a bouquet to the crowd below as pilot Luciano Nannelli flys past.
Flowers tossed. Flowers are caught by the plane’s engine. Engine catches fire. Engine explodes.
Ms Pensieri suffers multiple fractures and a head injury. A helicopter picks her up and takes her to hospital.
But only after it ahs married the plane…
