Michael Jackson Buried In Rock Hall Of Fame
MICHAEL Jackson Tribute Watch: Jackson’s hair is to be turned into The King of Rock. Michael Jackson is a diamond.
As Sky News trills:
A lock of Michael Jackson’s hair is to be turned into diamonds to give a select few fans a unique way of remembering their idol.
Jackson’s hair… Bald Jackson? Can a wig be turned into diamond? And, if so, is Elton John worth more shorn and compressed?
The star lost the hair when he was set on fire during the filming of a Pepsi advert in 1984. Ralph Cohen, the executive producer of the video, scooped up some of the charred strands and put them in his pocket as Jackson was rushed off set to hospital.
Quick thinking saves lives!
He kept it for 25 years before selling it to John Reznikoff, who has amassed a collection of hair from famous historical figures including Abraham Lincoln, John F Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe.
What kind of hairs? Lincoln, Monroe and Kennedy were never set on fire. Which leave their plug holes and the rim of the bath? All hail the Jackson diamond-studded merkin:
LifeGem founder Dean VandenBiesen said: “We specialise in creating diamonds from locks of hair. Our plan is to give people an opportunity to own a diamond made from Michael Jackson’s DNA. We are currently evaluating Jackson’s hair sample to determine how many diamonds can be created. This will be a limited collection and we anticipate great interest.”
And the process of tuning Jackson into the King of Rock (geddit?!) is already underway:
The process involves capturing carbon from the hair and heating it to very high temperatures until it is converted into graphite.
See Pepsi commercial:
This is then placed into a diamond press, which replicates the heat and pressure from deep within the earth, where it will crystallise into a diamond.
Any residues can then be distilled and taken intravenously for the Jackson buzz…

A gardener writes
If your neighbour is elderly then it might be better to leave the bush as it is. It could be that it is hiding a something even more unsightly. The sight of an old lady garden in the morning could be too much for you.

Mina, thanks for reminding me, I promised I’d trim my elderly neighbour’s bush today. It’s been growing unchecked for years now and to be honest, it’s become a bit of an eyesore. It’s starting to annoy me too because it’s the first thing I see in the morning when I open the curtains. I don’t know whether to just trim it to a more manageable shape or get rid of the whole thing. What do you think?

Does your mother know what you do for a living? She must be bushing with pride.
