Dead Baby Breathes Again At Funeral

JOSE Alvarenga is shocked to find that his “dead” baby son had come back to life at the wake.

Jose Alvarenga’s son weight just 17.7 ounces when he was born prematurely in Asuncion, Paraguay.

On Thursday, the child was pronounced dead. His remains were placed in a box. Says Mr Alvarenga of the box handed to him:

“I opened it to look at his remains and found that the baby was breathing. I began to cry.”

To the hospital. The baby is placed in an incubator.

The infant is understood to be in a stable condition.

“This is a very unusual case,” says the head of paediatric intensive care, Ernesto Weber.

Unusual, indeed. In South America it is miracle. In the US it’s a lawsuit…
