C&C - in fairness to Obama, my understanding was that it was a private remark which was picked up and sent around on Twitter by someone who has approx 1 million followers - can’t remember the name.
whoever was responsible has - according to reports - had to send an apology to the White House.

Obama was correct when he called him a ‘jackass’ but what is it with these leaders who have to get down with the people? Blair did it, Brown is always doing it.

There are ongoing wars, worldwide terrorism, financial meltdown and the decimation of Africa going on (among other things!) and the most powerful man in the world, president Obama,with his finger on the pulse of popularity, takes time out to comment on Kanye West making a pratt of himself awards ceremony that strives to be controversial anyway.

too little, too late - nobody will remember Taylor Swift’s achievement now, only in conjunction with some oversized ego spoiling things for her and belittling her in front of thousands….
I would love to know who Kanye West really thinks he is…. at very best, to the vast majority, he is an overrated rapper…
he needs taking down quite a number of pegs - if he thought he was going to ingratiate himself with Beyonce, he seems to have made a big mistake…. good for her for trying to rectify the situation.
