Madeleine McCann: New Prime Suspect As Child Snatched On Beach
MADELEINE McCann Watch: Anorak’s at-a-glance look at Madeleine McCann in the news: A child is stolen on a Cyrus beach, Ben Needham is missing. Madeleine McCann is a keyword and Donal MacIntyre identifies the prime suspect…
The Sun: “Stranger snatched Brit tot, 2, off holiday isle beach”
A MUM told yesterday how a stranger snatched her two-year-old son off a beach on a sunshine island – as she watched in horror. The man grabbed little Presley Cassell and fled.
Horror:
The toddler’s dad Nicholas gave chase and grabbed Presley back 30 yards down the beach in Cyprus before the kidnapper could reach a car. Presley’s mum Keeley, 33, said: “He just picked up Presley and ran off down the beach. It happened right in front of our eyes. It was every parent’s nightmare.”
It was:
The snatch happened on the first day of their holiday two weeks ago in the Girne area of Northern Cyprus – controlled by Turkey. Keeley said the incident triggered thoughts about 21-month-old Ben Needham – who vanished 18 years ago from the Greek isle of Kos – and the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, three, in Portugal in 2007.
Ben Needham is missing. But there is no mention of Madeleine McCann other than in the editorial. The parents don’t mention her. But she’s good for keywords on Google and web traffic, so the Sun does.
Keeley said: “Presley is fair-haired, like Ben Needham. To see him picked up by this stranger who tried to dash off with him in front of our eyes was frightening.”
Ben Needham is missing. He featurs in the Top Ten Unsolved Crimes.
Daily Star: “DONAL IN NEW PRAIA PROBE”
MADELEINE McCann was snatched by a team of “obsessive sexual predators” led by a woman, claims TV’s Donal MacIntyre.
And her story was investigated by a team of obsessive media whores:
The investigator spent a week in the Portuguese resort of Praia da Luz – where Madeleine was snatched in May 2007.
With his family, like Jasper Gerard?
And he identified a dark-haired woman spotted near the McCanns’ holiday apartment…
He identified her as… Victoria Beckham? No, it’s better than that, TV presenter Donal MacIntyre identified her…
…as a prime suspect.
He gives no name, no evidence and no hint of how this prime suspect can be traced. Still, Donal has got his face in the papers and we deduce that something good has come from a child going missing.
Next stop, Cyprus. There’s a TV series in this…

So Presley’s dad, who it seems is a 92kg, six-foot-two prop forward for Halifax Irish, chases down the kidnapper.. and then lets him go?
Nicholas and Keeley then don’t report the incident to the police in Cyprus, instead waiting two weeks to report it to, er, the Sun before they report it to the West Yorks police so that they can warn their counterparts in Cyprus.
Ok.. let us know when the Halifax plod make their liaison visit to Girne. The place will be full of coppers from Yorkshire at this rate.
Were there any other witnesses, do you think?

Wouldn’t it just?
Perhaps Dave Edgar is poring over the documents as we speak.

But has Donal compared the “dark-haired woman in purple” information against Jez Wilkins’ statement? Now that would be interesting!

“These were men who were well versed in the art of house breaking”
So much so that they knew how to enter a property via an unlocked patio door, move aside Raffles.
“They had to stay hidden in the apartment in the company of gerry Mccann for up to 10 minutes.”
Am i the only one who spotted the ambiguities in this gem?
Is David Edgar going to do a press conference about the gold Nissan? Surely he must, to let us know whether the Nissan is significant, or not as the case may be.
My guess is that he won’t, ‘scuse me while I kiss the Blarney Stone.

My name is Donal Machintyre and I am doing a cold case review of the Madeleine Mccann case for the Sunday express.
headlines from my investigation are as follows.
1) Highly organised.
2) There were at least 2 perps.
3) The kidnappers had prior acces to the layout of the flat here in 5a before the kidnap.
4) These were men who were well versed in the art of house breaking and these men also had an ability to clean a crime scene.
Critical to this investigation is the timing. there was 3-5 minutes for the kidnappers to perpertrate this crime. Consider the pressure the kidnappers were under.
They had to stay hidden in the apartment in the company of gerry Mccann for upto 10 minutes.
2) They had to subdue madeleine Mccann ,a notorious bad sleeper and bring her out of the apartment.
3) They had to bring her out of a small window for which they required at least 2 perps.
and 4) they had to escape the vicinity of the complex and the entire area without suspicion.
In addition, highly likely they cleaned the crime scene and this required great planning and precision and could not have been the work of an opportunist drifter.

This got better as the day moved on…The Express produced a video by Donal telling us that in this window of 3-5 minutes these two kidnappers not only took madeleine ” A notorious bad sleep” but cleaned the crime scene.
