Government Brings In Ban On Unregistered Blogging And Linking

bloggers-register BEFORE we get to the Government’s plan to put all bloggers on a register, did you know that the rules that you have to abide by on pain of law also apply to the police? No, of course you didn’t. But some people think they do.

Children’s Minister Vernon Coaker has herd about two detective constables, Leanne Shepherd, from Milton Keynes, and Lucy Jarrett, from Buckingham, who are breaking the law in caring for each other’s children.

Ofsted said the arrangement contravened the Childcare Act because it lasted for longer than two hours a day, and constituted receiving “a reward”. It said the women would have to be registered as childminders.
