Man Forgets To Wind Down Car Window Before Drive-By Shooting
IT is alleged that Andrew J. Burwitz, 20, of Appleton, Wis., did fail to wind down his car window before attempting a drive-by shooting at the home of his ex-girlfriend’s family.
His first show broke the glass. Two further bullet struck the house. Three entered the living room.
Burwitz is charged with four counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, four counts of endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
His stupidity is not a crime.
