Virginia Imam Anwar Al-Awlaki Hails The ‘Hero’ Nidal Hasan’s Lap-Dances For Allah
IMAM Anwar Al-Awlaki says “Nidal Hassan is a hero”. Not that we know whay he murdered 13 people. Still, here’s an expert - and before we get to him, know this:
Hasan, who was born in Virginia and whose parents emigrated from Palestine, attended a Falls Church, Va., mosque when Awlaki was an imam there, the Associated Press reported.
Here’s Anwar Al-Awlaki, using the murder of 13 people and Nidal Hasan to support his vested interest:
He is a man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people. This is a contradiction that many Muslims brush aside and just pretend that it doesn’t exist. Any decent Muslim cannot live, understanding properly his duties towards his Creator and his fellow Muslims, and yet serve as a US soldier. The US is leading the war against terrorism which in reality is a war against Islam. Its army is directly invading two Muslim countries and indirectly occupying the rest through its stooges.
Lots of people are using Nidal Hasan to confirm their own prejudices. Anwar Al-Awlaki goes on:
Nidal opened fire on soldiers who were on their way to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. How can there be any dispute about the virtue of what he has done? In fact the only way a Muslim could Islamically justify serving as a soldier in the US army is if his intention is to follow the footsteps of men like Nidal.
The heroic act of brother Nidal also shows the dilemma of the Muslim American community. Increasingly they are being cornered into taking stances that would either make them betray Islam or betray their nation. Many amongst them are choosing the former. The Muslim organizations in America came out in a pitiful chorus condemning Nidal’s operation.
The fact that fighting against the US army is an Islamic duty today cannot be disputed. No scholar with a grain of Islamic knowledge can defy the clear cut proofs that Muslims today have the right -rather the duty- to fight against American tyranny. Nidal has killed soldiers who were about to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in order to kill Muslims. The American Muslims who condemned his actions have committed treason against the Muslim Ummah and have fallen into hypocrisy.Allah(swt) says: Give tidings to the hypocrites that there is for them a painful punishment -
Those who take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do they seek with them honor [through power]? But indeed, honor belongs to Allah entirely. (al-Nisa 136-137)
The inconsistency of being a Muslim today and living in America and the West in general reveals the wisdom behind the opinions that call for migration from the West. It is becoming more and more difficult to hold on to Islam in an environment that is becoming more hostile towards Muslims.

Steve, and/or yampster, still waitng for how many US wars they have aided in? And why not? And still asking what makes them such great allies of the US? And Steve, are you saying that only the Israelis have contributed to modern medicine, and to medical life saving practices? My problem is, is that every time they bomb or kill a Palestinian woman or child, that bomb or bullet has “made in USA” , or funded by USA” stamped on it. They should fight their own, thousands of years old, religious war, without ANY involvement by the USA, either monetarily, or in direct shipments of weapons. In fact, I believe that ALL aid should stop if it is found to be otherwise. They are an awful balky bunch, especially with their beggars hands out. Furthemore, I resent, as a US citizen, the 2 billion (if that is indeed the figure) yearly handout when we don’t, or won’t, take care of our own. One in six US citizens lives in poverty, yet we have money to give to Isreal to fight THEIR Holy War…..over LAND posession? WE SHOULD BE TAKING CARE OF OUR OWN FIRST! What is wrong with this picture? Not only does Israel not Take Take from the US, They add more benefit to ALL of humanity than every country except the US. They have made medical advancements that save millions of lives or ease life for all. How about if they take back every life saving invention or drug and only give it to Non Arabs?

yampster, funny, but I don’t recall the Egyptians attacking anyone as of late. Am I missing something? Besides, whatever the US gives the Egyptians, it is my understanding that the US gives more money to the Isrealis than to the rest of the entire world combined! Why exactly is that? What have the Israelis EVER done for the US? What exactly makes them our allies? Allies in what? What wars have they ever fought, with any real numbers of troops, by our side?

How is it that we can go over to Iraq, in a supposedly preemptive attack to destroy non-existant Weapons of Mass Destuction, and bomb the daylights out of those people, killing hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians (including women and children) and not expect any form of retaliation? How is it that we arm and supply the Isrealis to the teeth with the latest in modern US weaponry which they use regularly to attack and kill thousands of Palestinians who fight back with mostly stones. Oh yes, an occasional rocket or mortar is used, but for the most part, there weaponry is still ancient. What have the Isrealis EVER done to help the US? And then we don’t understand why they dislike and mistrust us. It’s beyond me? Duh!

I hate it when anyone is killed, especially in the name of race or religion, but for fuck’s sake USA wake up and smell the coffee. Since we have no reason to believe that Major Hasan was directed by the Imam. The Imam is likely trying to get credit for himself and extremist militant Muslims who do not represent the majority of Muslims. The Koran, much like the Old Testament, is against murder. Unfortunately, much like “Christianity,” which was hijacked by Saul of Taursus and the Roman Empire which does not reflect the teachings of Jesus, the teaching of Mohhamed have been completely distorted by followers, particularly those involved with Sharia, which is not a part of the Koran.

Either here in the states, or somerwhere else, there will have to be a stand taken. No matter how hard these individuals try, we must not back down, we must not turn and run away, we must not and will not become afraid of our own shadows.Just as sure as there is a tomorrow, we, as a democracy have a uncanny way of putting our views aside, locking arms together, and as in many previous conflicts, giving these extremists the type of defeat they weill never forget.

This is really sad. Americans allow others to come into our country and live as we do. We share everything with them as fellow Americans. We allow their religions in our neighborhoods, all the while they are teaching these fellow Americans to Hate Americans. The 9-11 attacks are a prime example. The murderers who took over the planes that killed thousands…they were trained to fly by Americans. We are allowing religions that teach hate, and we are training immigrants so they have access to kill our own people. America needs to wake up and realize we have lost America. We have allowed terrorists into our country to kill our neighbors. It’s time we all take America back. It’s just a damned shame that the President won’t do anything to stop this. We should not allow any more immigrants into our country. We should not allow anyone to practice any religion other than Christianity…especially religions who teach their members to hate Americans. Churches like the one Obama attended until the American people brought out the facts that the church taught hate towards the American people. Too bad the Americans also voted this man into the most powerful position in our country. Mr. Anwar Al-Awlaki will burn in hell for his beliefs. I hope his dillusional belief in Allah is worth it. There is only one God, and he will be the judge in the end. God have mercy on this once great country.

As for Cheryl, please don’t blast AARM for doing exactly what you did - an emotional, knee jerk response worthy of the lunatic left - unless you plan to take the higher road (which you did not). And P.S., try not to bash the NRA by association in your diatribe against the rabid right - it just makes the reader think you don’t really understand the role and purpose of the NRA and that you are on the lunatic left (unless of course you *are* seriously on the lunatic left and just want everyone to know)..
And for AARM - you may be onto something, but take a few deep breaths and see if you can come off a *little* less over the top. Your response unfortunately undermines some of your more accurate points and makes people want to dismiss the entire message.
As for the event itself, I want to hear the facts about what exactly happened here. If Hasan did what we suspect, then he deserves a long and painful death. If not, then we need to know what really did happen. The American system promises innocence before guilt, so lets get the facts exposed and then we can all argue about how to react - whether to him as a lone gunman or to him as a warrior/martyr for radical Islam.
Regardless, Al-Awlaki should be hunted down and killed like a dog for his remarks supporting what Hasan may have done. Oops, was that my out loud voice?!

I am a 13 year veteran of our American military, I was Honorably discharged in 1998 after my commander found out that I am gay. So as I understand it, you can be in our military even if you are a radical muslim, just as long as you are not a homosexual. My country failed me, and now it has failed the dead and wounded from this despicable act.
