Father Murders Son For Molesting 3-Year-Old Girl

TO Highland Park, Michigan where Jamar Pinkney Sr, 37, learns that his son Jamar Pinkney Jr, 15, has had sexual contact with a 3-year-old girl, makes the teen strip at gunpoint, marches him off and shoots him dead.

Jamar Pinkney Sr is charged with first-degree murder.

Defense attorney Corbett O’Meara says:

“If something were to happen that would cause a reasonable person to lose control of himself, that is something the prosecution would have to take into account.”

Judge Brigette Officer entered a not guilty plea for Pinkney, who’s also charged with assault, and ordered him jailed without bond until a preliminary examination Dec. 1.

“This is something that’s hard to deal with for all the parties concerned, including the police,” says Chief Ted Caldwell said afterward. “Highland Park is a small city. These are people who have been members of the community for years.”

Jamar Pinkney Jr’s mother, Lazette Cherry, tells the Detroit Free Press that eh boys had molested the child.

“I called and told his father. This isn’t something you sweep under the rug.”

No. If you have a gun to hand, it is something you take into vacant lot and murder.
