Forking heck – where did that come from?

This astonishing picture shows the moment a pitchfork pinned astonished victim XXX Xie to his car seat after a bizarre accident at a farmers’ market.

The fork had been hurled by mistake by a market worker in Suzhou, eastern China, who was aiming for some hay bales.

Medics removed the fork – which had missed Xie’s brain by fractions of an inch – and say he should make a full recovery.
