Prince Charles Creates Captions From Welsh Guards

WHAT is it about the Prince of Wales that makes every picture of him deliberately staged to attract an amusing caption? In these pictures the Prince unveils a painting of himself, during a visit to the base of 1st Battalion, Welsh Guards, in Aldershot, Hampshire. Charles and Camilla then presented medals to the troops.
