Victoria Beckham: Bunions, Lunches And Young Girls

by | 2nd, February 2010

feet-poshVICTORIA Beckham is on the cover of two magazines – Closer and Glamour: Closer says Posh is facing a “HORROR OP”.

She’s going to have herself surgically removed from David Beckham’s back? Hey, no. This is serious. Save your cynicism for the election. Posh…

“…Faces up to surgery that could leave her in a wheelchair for 6 weeks.”

Jeez. This sounds bad. What’s up?

“POSH FEARS OVER PAINFUL SURGERY.”

It’s not getting any better…

“After years of suffering from painful bunions…”

Another boob job?

Posh’s spokesman says Posh’s “pumps” are “purely a fahion choice” and have nothing to do with the state of feet.

It’s all big a shock to us, who have long considered Posh’s feet to be her best feature. But what of the other enws, in Glamour?

“I travel a fair amount, and when I’m here in L.A., everything revolves around the kids. So if I’m not working, I go to the school and help serve lunches to the children.”

Dinner ladies are on their feet all day…

“They just love that. It’s like, Oh, there’s Mummy serving me! The other day I was there, I was reading to Cruz’s class. All the little girls were saying, “We really like your dress. And it was quite cute because I don’t have a girl.”

Nor a girl’s feet?

“That’s the only time I get upset by things written about me – when people write irresponsible things about my weight. I appreciate that young girls look up to me. And I take that very seriously.”

Who needs feet when you can hover on your own ego. The girls look up to Posh – and so long as they don’t look down at her role model feet, she might see that lunch again…
