EVER wonder how a Bafta mask is made? Carpet burns, fluids and craft, darling? Actually, no. It’s metal, flames and lots of banging with a chisel and a novelty jelly mould based on Mitzi Cunliffe’s orginal. Anorak got access to the casting of Orange BAFTA award masks at New Pro Foundries in West Drayton, Middlesex. Fascinating stuff.
