IN Pendle, the burghers are putting dummy camera in public toilets to deter perverts and attract, well, a different sort of pervert. Exhibitionists and flashers, the facility is open for purpose. Voyeurs can apply to man the cams:
DUMMY cameras could be deployed in public toilets in Pendle to prevent them being used as sex dens, councillors have been told.
As spotter Bat E Bird says:
It would be a pretty pointless exercise now everyone knows they’re dummy cameras.
