still got the film but no take ups only arthur cowley ,well arthur you have had time to get the car number plates checked out & if the girl is madeleine or not ,that why i have not sent the film yet,the daily mirror would also so like to see it ,if it is not madeleine we have not lost anything only i lose but if i am right we all win & madeleine comes home.police were informed about 12 february they have had nearly 1month to check it out,what alan johnson plus mi5 doing about it ,nothing

Sorry yampster! Must have missed that bit, all though I have heard that certain phrases like “Kind of” or “Sort of” are supposed to point towards Kate’s guilt whereas anyone from that area will tell you they are quite common sayings. I think there was mention of the peculiar tense that footballers use (as in he’s gone to head the ball, etc) which Kate used that also supposedly added to her guilt! Again, quite common in the ‘Pool.
What was the verdict of the “experts” overall?

Has this avenue been explored? Where have you been for the last two years? We’ve had body language experts, gifted amateurs of course, on here pontificating about the couple’s obvious guilt from the way they cross their legs. We even had a speech language (huh?) expert on here one night who thought that Kate’s scouse accent became more pronounced when they thought she was lying. You can take the girl out of Liverpool you see but stereotypes will out.

There was a programme on tonight which I half saw bits of. It was about famous murders and how the nearest and dearest have been “caught out” by their body language. For example, closing one’s eyes when talking to block outside interference when telling their “story” or biting the bottom lip to stop talking. Kind of like “Lie to Me” I guess and probably 50% bollocks but, having seen it, I’d be interested to watch the initial footage of the McCanns. I can’t personally remember any strange behaviour and I continue to believe in their innocence. Has this avenue been explored already does anyone know?

I couldn’t agree more June, the whole article seemed to be lacking in substance, ‘sources close to’ etc, spin spin spin.

Do any police forces or officers who have worked on the investigation say that they believe Madeleine is still alive?

Things that make me ponder are if MM is globe trotting, doesn’t any official at border control ever look at her passport or her eye?
Surely even if she is illegally on someone elses, with all the hoohaa a small girl her age, wouldn’t they look?

Here are a few random things which have puzzled me for ages and which suggest pre-meditation:

How did Madeleine’s hair grow four or five inches between the short bob of Christmas 2006 to the long hair in the Everton top pictures? Such growth is, I would have thought, impossible unless the Christmas video was faked in, say, August.

In the one “family group” picture why have both the McCanns got braces on their teeth? Did they make extra efforts to fix their teeth to add to their “attractiveness” for media purposes or are they just very vain?

Why do the PJ think they brought posters of Madeleine to Portugal ready made?

Why do most of the photos of Madeleine in Portugal look photo-shopped? The one in the playground with Gerry looks as if she has two left feet, literally.

Why would the Tapas 9 rather admit neglecting their tiny children than say that, in fact, there was an adult who was staying back at the apartment every night? Supposedly they happily left babies being sick/having diarrhoea/crying for more than hour so they could carouse and booze.
Yet check their statements and one or other of the adults was absent from the table each night, because of “sickness”. What crime is being covered up that is worse than child neglect?

Why do they pay their series of dodgy detectives many thousands a month if they then fail to do any real work?

Instead the lazy fools troll through old files and then demand that the PJ travel the world investigating dotty sightings.

Why the hell should the Portuguese police pay for such searching?

Madeleine is not Portuguese. Millions of people paid into the Madeleine Fund imagining it was for finding the missing child – not for being wasted on the parents’ Defence Fund.

If I had donated even a penny to the Fund I’d demand it back. I have no desire to enrich Carter Ruck, or to pay for the McCanns to avoid extradition.

Too many chiefs and not enough injuns running the show.
Its normal that the people who are careless enough to lose something they treasure to step back and let others investigate, especially when they suspect theft. But doors were unlocked and the items of value left on show….and the display deserted.
Now the parents claim the PJ are useless, but they will not answer questions, they set up their own investigation, which it must be noted has not produced results, ie the little lost girl found.
Checkmate.
Perhaps if they swapped roles, police become doctors and doctors become police? nah won’t work.
I have an idea , stop meddling and leave the police work to the police?
