A Humberside Police report for the National Computer detailing a charge of rape against Ian Huntley, which was released at the opening day of the Bichard Inquiry, in central London. The Inquiry, chaired by Sir Michael Bichard is investigate the use of Police information which may of helped prevent Ian Huntley committing the murder of Soham school girls Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells.
