POLICE SERGEANT Delroy Smellie arrived at City of Westminster Magistrates Court, London, charged with assaulting one Nicola Fisher during the G20 protests of April 2, 2009. Smellie the more you say the better and better it sounds has pleaded not guilty to a charge of common assault. Climate protester Nicola Fisher has already given evidence to the Home Affairs Committee in London. Sergeant Delroy Smellie has not.
