Girl Charged With Domestic Battery Over Toy Gun Assault
TO Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, where an 11-year-old girl is charged with domestic battery resulting from tossing a toy gun at her father’s head.
At their home, the girls and her 7-year-old brother had been rowing over who gets to sit where. The father can take no more and walks the girl from the room.
The girl, now in her room, picks up a toy gun and throws it. It hits daddy. He starts to bleed from a laceration on his scalp. We imagine that he then calls the police and they arrest his daughter. Or else the girl’s brother does.
And Anorak wonders what the world is coming too when in Obama’s America a child is forced to use a toy gun. For shame.

That it was, Dairy, as many juvenile judges don’t use TLC in talking to them and leave the kids in tears on purpose with giving them the old riot act and with the battery charge she may well have been sent to the junvenile detention center for awhile. Over here in our court systems if a parent can’t control their child they can petition to the courts to take over and give them help by ordering outside supervision of that child. Kids think their parents are mean and their rules a real joke, they haven’t seen anything yet until the courts get involved.
