Is Life Sentence Too Much For Woman Made Teen Touch Her Breasts?
MICHELLE Lyn Taylor, 34, of Nevada, has been given a life sentence for making a13-year-old-boy to touch her clothed breasts.
Is this excessive?
Taylor has been convicted lewdness with a minor under 14.
Taylor’s attorney, Alina Kilpatrick says:
“This is cruel and unusual punishment. She put his hand on her boob while she was wearing a bra, now she’s getting life.”
Elko County District Attorney Gary Woodbury says Taylor has been “convicted of precisely of what she did”. And that means a mandatory life sentence.
Woodbury says while it might be some adolescent male’s fantasy to have sex with a woman, in this case it was a traumatic event. The child has needed, and continues to receive therapy.
