Essex Police Give Speeding Mobility Scooter Diver An Asbo
GETTING out of Essex is hard enough – patience; a decent footballer; strong white hiking stilettos – but the man driving along the A12 at 8mph in his mobility scooter is not making it any easier.
He is mocking you.
The other drivers are fuming. Eight miles an hour is the stuff of dreams. Second gear remains a mystical nirvana.
Police arrive. They give the man an Asbo, a Section 59 warning.
An Essex Police spokesman says with a straight face:
“Police received numerous calls from drivers concerned for the welfare of the scooter rider.”
Welfare Calls like: If you don’t; come and get that *****-**-***-***g off the road now I’m gonna **** his *** ****umper and **** in ***.”

Estuary English is just soo eloquent, mind you the A12 is a very cruel road, two lanes and right turns across the other carriageway- the stuff of nightmares
