Cambridge Parking Tickets Feature Calming Yoga Poses

IN Cambridge, Masachussettes, parking ticket features a graphic of two people in a yoga pose. The aim is that the images will induce state of calm in the victim.
Although to Anorak it looks like two people about to be decapitated by jihadis.
It’s all about interpretation.
The calming are the work of Daniel Peltz, an “artist-in-residence with the Traffic and Parking Department”. A traffic department is not complete without an artist.
