X Factor 2010: Gamu Get Politics Onto The Front Pages

GAMU Nhengu is kicked off the X Factor 2010. Foreign secretary William Hague says on the record:

“We mustn’t do things differently just because people are in the news.”

Scotland’s external affairs minister Fiona Hyslop, says:

“Gamu has demonstrated that she is a hugely talented singer and a great asset to Scotland and the country’s music scene.”

European vice chair of Zimbabwe’s Zapu Party, one Barbara Nyagomo, says:

“Here is a talented young girl with a chance to do something extraordinary. She could provide a very positive role model.”

And somewhere in a lair a reptilian Simon Cowell licks his eyeballs and smiles…
