CORRECTION of the Year is presented by Amanda Hess, who wants us to know that the original claim that “one in three black men who has sex with her is HIV positive” is not quite true.

“This blog post originally stated that one in three black men who have sex with me is HIV positive. In fact, the statistic applies to black men who have sex with men.”
Still. No publicity is all bad and now we’ve heard of the Bayard Rustin Project and its work to raise AIDs awareness…
