Student Demo Photos: Why Did Police Pen In Children?

STUDENT demonstration: Did the police overreact to the protest? Or did they behave appropriately, even going as far as laying on a climbing frame on Whitehall – the police van – for the students to jump around on and play cops and robbers?
The Independent has the best headline of the day:
“More marches planned as police criticised for penning in children.”
And once the police have been dealt with it’s off to Mrs Mullins house to have a word about her leaving little Armani in the play pen all day while she studies for her degree.
And isn’t containing the youth what schools do, anyhow..?
