HAVE your bins been collected and emptied by the dustman? Anorak went to the Beeches estate in north Birmingham – now twinned with Naples, Italy.
The rubbish is piled high. It’s not been collected in some parts of the country for four weeks. Anorak wonder show many cats are the bins waiting to be taken away..?
