Colin Blanchard, Tracy Lyons And Tracy Dawber Jailed For Child Sex Abuse

COLIN Blanchard, 40, of Rochdale, will pass the next nine years in jail. After that, what happens to him is up to the experts.  If he is released he will most lieklty be protected by the police.

Also jailed for their part in the paedophile ring that saw Plymouth nursery worker Vanessa George and Angela Allen jailed are Tracy Lyons, and Tracy Dawber.

When one of these people is released from jail, what can they expect?
