Dog Kicker Arthur Kent Jailed

ARTHUR Kent, of Welling, southest London, has been sentenced. Ken was filmed kicking his dog Thumper (!) in Knee Hill park (he said it as to teach the dog to walk).
He will serve eight weeks in custody and is disqualified from owning animals for five years.
